Stacey Neilson graduated from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2008. Their career began in a spa setting where they offered relaxation, rehabilitation, and pregnancy massage to a varied clientele. They currently practice at Hands in Demand, providing Swedish massage to reduce stress and anxiety, support rehabilitation, and maintain general health. Stacey has experience working with athletes in combat sports and hockey at all levels and provides clinic care or on-site treatment. Stacey is also a part-time teacher in Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program.

Stacey is a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and is the Vice President of Pflag Durham Region. They advocate for inclusive, safe spaces in health care and welcome the whole community to their practice.

In addition to an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy, Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in applied ethics from Trent University. They are currently pursuing a Master of Education at Athabasca University.

Stacey is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.
